Terms of use

In force from 8 October 2026 · This is a translation for convenience; the French version (conditions générales d'utilisation) is the one that applies.

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to the loyski.com website and use of the Loyski app, published by MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES (entrepreneur individuel: Nikola Markovic, SIRET 105 669 238 00013). The paid Premium subscription is also governed by the terms of sale.

2. The service

Loyski is an online tool that helps landlords manage property let in France: rent tracking, rent receipts, rent due notices and letters, rent increase calculations, service charge reconciliation statements, summary of rent received. The website's tools are available without an account. Loyski doesn't connect to any bank account, doesn't collect any rent and isn't a property manager: it doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice. The interface is available in English and French; documents for tenants are produced in French.

3. Account

Signing up is free and reserved for adults. You agree to give a valid email address, keep your password confidential and tell us about any use of your account you didn't authorise.

4. Free plan and Premium

The free plan can be used with no time limit for one property, with the features listed on the Pricing page. A 14-day Premium trial is offered on sign-up, with no payment method. At the end of the trial, properties beyond the first stay viewable but can no longer be edited.

5. Documents and emails sent to your tenants

Documents produced by Loyski are based on the information you enter and issued in your name: you remain solely responsible for their accuracy, for sending them and for meeting your obligations as a landlord. Check each document before sending it. In particular, only give a receipt once you've actually received the payment, and only email it with your tenant's consent.

Emails to your tenants are sent from our sending address, with your name as the sender and your address for replies. You agree to record only real tenants, with their email address, and not to use Loyski to send unsolicited messages or messages unrelated to the tenancy.

6. Legal information and calculations

The templates, calculations (IRL rent increase, prorating, reconciliation, security deposit, yield) and guides reflect our reading of French regulations on their update date. They give general information and may not cover your situation (special lease, rent-controlled area, overseas territories, holiday lets…). If in doubt, ask the ADIL of the département where the property is located or a legal professional.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, not to try to access other users' data, not to automate access to the website on a large scale and not to use it for unlawful purposes. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or delete the account concerned, after warning you except in an emergency.

8. Your data

The information you enter belongs to you. You can download it at any time from "My account" and delete your account, which permanently erases your data. How it's processed, including your tenants' data, is described in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and to back up data every day, without being able to guarantee full availability or the delivery of every email. Keep a copy of your important documents. Loyski can't be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of the calculations shown, or for an incorrect document resulting from inaccurate information entered.

10. Intellectual property

The Loyski brand, the website, its texts, templates and software belong to MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES. The documents you generate belong to you and can be used freely for your rental.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, in particular to follow changes in the service or the law. In case of a significant change, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
