Terms of sale
In force from 8 October 2026 · This is a translation for convenience; the French version (conditions générales de vente) is the one that applies.
These terms of sale apply to the Loyski Premium subscription. Use of the website and the free plan is governed by the terms of use.
1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms apply to any Loyski Premium subscription taken out by a consumer on loyski.com. You accept them when you confirm your subscription. The version that applies is the one in force on the date you subscribe; it remains available on this page at all times.
3. The Premium service
Loyski is an online app that helps landlords manage property let in France, usable from a recent browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Premium adds to the free plan:
- management of an unlimited number of properties;
- automatic sending of receipts to the tenant as soon as the rent is confirmed, and of rent due notices;
- applying the yearly rent increase with the letter to the tenant;
- reminder and formal notice letters for unpaid rent;
- the service charge reconciliation statement;
- the yearly rent summary as PDF and the Excel export;
- the digital inventory (photos, signatures, move-in / move-out comparison);
- real yield per property and the micro-foncier / réel comparison;
- an unlimited document safe and automatic reminders for the tenant's insurance;
- documents without the "made with Loyski" line.
Loyski is a tool: it doesn't collect any rent, doesn't connect to any bank account and doesn't give legal or tax advice. Documents for tenants are produced in French.
4. Price
Premium costs €5.90 a month or €59 a year. Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price that applies is the one shown when you subscribe.
We may change our prices. A new price never applies to the current period: we announce it by email at least 30 days before the renewal concerned, and you can cancel before that date if you don't accept it.
5. Free trial
Every new account gets 14 days of Premium free, with no payment method. At the end of the trial, the account automatically goes back to the free plan, with no charge, and all your data is kept.
If you subscribe during the trial, the remaining days are kept: the first payment only happens at the end of the trial.
6. Subscribing
From the "Subscription" page in your account, you choose the monthly or yearly plan. You're then taken to the secure payment page of our provider Stripe, which summarises the plan, its price and billing period. You enter your payment details and confirm by clicking the subscribe button, which means you commit to pay. The contract is formed at that point. A receipt is sent to you by email and Premium is activated on your account straight away.
7. Payment
Payment is by bank card (or any other method offered on the payment page), through Stripe. Loyski never has access to your card numbers. The amount is charged when you subscribe (or at the end of the free trial), then on each renewal date.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days. If payment still doesn't go through, the subscription ends and your account goes back to the free plan; your data is kept.
8. Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for one month or one year depending on the plan chosen, and renews automatically for the same duration at each term.
For the yearly plan, we tell you by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the term, of the renewal date and that you can choose not to renew (article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from the "Subscription" page of your account ("Manage my subscription" button). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: Premium stays active until then, then your account goes back to the free plan. Apart from the right of withdrawal, the current period isn't refunded.
9. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Just tell us clearly, by email to contact@markovictechnologies.com, or using the form below.
By subscribing, you ask for Premium to start immediately. If you withdraw, we refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method, deducting only the amount for the period already used (article L221-25). If you withdraw during the free trial, nothing has been charged and nothing is owed.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
The service is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for the whole subscription. If the service doesn't work as described, write to us: we'll bring it back into conformity, and failing that you can get a price reduction or end the contract with a refund.
11. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available at all times and to back up data every day. Occasional interruptions may happen for maintenance or in case of an incident. Loyski isn't responsible for financial decisions made on the basis of the calculations shown, which rely on the data you enter.

13. Customer service and mediation
For any question or complaint: contact@markovictechnologies.com. We reply within a few working days.
If a dispute isn't resolved after a written complaint, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details are available on request. If you live in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. They don't deprive you of the protective provisions of the law of your country of residence. In case of dispute, you can bring the matter before the court of your place of residence or that of the seller's registered office.
