Which plan should I start with?
Create a free account: you also get 14 days of Premium. At the end of the trial, if you have several properties or the automatic sending saves you time, go Premium. Otherwise, stay on the free plan: your data is kept.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. It stays free, with no time limit and no ads, for one property.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The Premium trial starts when you sign up, with no card. At the end, your account goes back to the free plan if you don't subscribe.
What happens to my other properties if I go back to free?
Nothing is deleted: your first property stays fully usable, and the others stay viewable in read-only mode until you go Premium again.
Is the Loyski subscription tax-deductible in France?
Under the réel regime, management costs for a let property can generally be deducted from French rental income (revenus fonciers). Under micro-foncier, the flat 30% allowance already covers all costs. Check your own situation on impots.gouv.fr.
How do I cancel?
In one click from Subscription, then Manage my subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown are the prices you pay. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Why are prices in euros?
Loyski is made for property let in France, where rent is paid in euros. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
