About Loyski
Loyski helps landlords who let property in France themselves to manage it without an agency: rent tracked, receipts sent, rent reviewed and service charges reconciled at the right time.
Who publishes Loyski?
Loyski is designed and built in France, and hosted in Europe, by MARKOVIC TECHNOLOGIES, the sole-trader business of Nikola Markovic (SIREN 105 669 238), which also publishes Souski, a personal budgeting app. The service has been live since October 2026. Legal details are in the legal notice.
Why Loyski?
Most private landlords have one or two properties. For them, an agency costs 6 to 8% of the rent, and existing software is often built for property managers, in French only. Loyski works the other way round: it comes to you. Each month, an email asks whether the rent has arrived; one click sends the receipt. Rent reviews, the service charge reconciliation and the tax return come at the right time, with the right amounts. You can work in English while everything your tenant receives stays in French, as French law requires. It's free for one property.
How we write our guides and tools
- Official sources only: French law no. 89-462 of 6 July 1989 and its decrees on Légifrance, the French government's service-public.fr, INSEE for the rent reference index (IRL), ANIL and the local ADIL offices. Each guide lists its sources at the bottom.
- Worked examples: every rule comes with a calculation you can redo, and our calculators use the same formulas as the app.
- Data updated automatically: IRL values are fetched from INSEE as soon as they're published, twice a day.
- A visible update date on every page, and a review whenever the law changes (rent control, energy ratings, arrears procedure…).
- Fair comparisons: when we compare Loyski with other software, prices come from their official sites and are dated, and we state our own limits too.
Our guides give general information about French law. They don't replace personal legal or tax advice: the ADIL of the département where the property is located advises landlords and tenants for free.
